Evans Vanodine Lift - Heavy Duty Cleaner & Degreaser

Evans Vanodine Lift is a effective multi purpose, heavy duty cleaner and degreaser formulated for a variety of cleaning applications in kitchens, food processing plants as well as general industry. 

Instantly removes grease and ingrained soil from a wide range of hard surfaces, including cooker hoods, deep fat fryers, ovens, floors and walls. Suitable for use in all water types and in both warm and cold water.

• Rapidly removes fat, grease, oil and ingrained soiling.
• Flexible use product, effective in hard, soft, warm or cold water conditions.
• Ideal for use on all hard washable surfaces.
• Has a pH of 13.4.

GENERAL CLEANING: Dilute 1:250 parts hot water (20 ml per 5 Litres / 1 pump x per 5 Litres). Mop, wipe or spray surface.

HEAVY SOILING & GREASE: Dilute 1:50 parts hot water (100 ml per 5 Litres / 3 pumps x per 5 Litres). Mop, wipe or spray surface.

FOR CLEANING DEEP FAT FRYERS: Switch off appliance, drain out oil & remove all deposits. Dilute 1:25 (400 ml per 10 Litres / 13 pumps x per 10 Litres) cold water in fryer. Submerge basket & utensils in solution & soak overnight. Rinse with clean water & allow to air dry.

TO RE-FILL THE LIFT RTU TRIGGER SPRAY BOTTLE: Dilute 30 ml per 750 ml (1 pump x per 750 ml) cold water
